What It Does

Meeting Autopilot connects to your calendar and automatically handles meeting prep, live note-taking, post-meeting summaries, and follow-up drafts. It pulls context from previous conversations, generates briefing documents before meetings, captures key decisions during calls, extracts action items with owners and deadlines, and drafts follow-up messages—all without manual input.

How to Use

Step 1

Connect your calendar

Link Google Calendar or Outlook so the assistant can see your upcoming meetings.

Only meetings with specific keywords or attendees can be auto-processed if you prefer.

Step 2

Enable meeting sources

Choose how meeting data is captured: Zoom/Meet recordings, live transcript access, or post-meeting upload.

Recording permission must be granted by all attendees where required by law.

Step 3

Set automation preferences

Configure which meetings trigger auto-prep (e.g., meetings with >3 people), note-taking, and follow-ups.

You can enable/disable autopilot per meeting or by calendar/attendee rules.

Step 4

Review and send

After each meeting, review the generated summary and action items before auto-sending follow-ups.

All outputs can be edited before sending. Set to auto-send for trusted meeting types.
