Only DMs you send it and messages that @mention it in channels you've added it to. Files and links you share directly are readable. Everything else in your workspace stays untouched, including channels the bot isn't in.
Slack AI summarises and answers inside the Slack UI. Amplify acts across the tools you already connect. Ask it in a Slack thread to turn the discussion into a Notion page, a GitHub issue, or a calendar invite, and it does the work in those tools without you leaving the thread.
Reading and drafting are automatic. Anything that posts publicly, creates a task in another tool, or notifies people waits for you to say go. You'll see the draft in your DM first.
It can't read channels it isn't in. It can't send DMs on behalf of another person. It doesn't scrape the whole workspace on its own or export your Slack history.
